This report shows how your student has performed on the concepts taught by each Saxon Math lesson. It is not intended to be used for grading purposes.
The Correct/Possible column shows the number of times they have answered a question correctly on the first attempt for questions that are based on the concepts taught in that lesson. For example, if your student answers 5 questions that are based on the concepts from Lesson 5 and gets 3 of them right on the first try, they will show 3/5 or 60% score for Lesson 5 on this report. You can use this to find possible weak spots in your student's understanding. The lessons/topics are sorted by lowest % first which should present the topics in order of your student's greatest areas of weakness in understanding the lesson topics.
If your student has a low score on a reasonable number of problems for a given lesson, you might take a look at that lesson to see what it is teaching and review the material with your student -- maybe even go over the example problems in that lesson together to see if they understand the material, or have your student re-watch the video lesson for that topic.
You can also click on each lesson topic to bring up a report of all of the individual questions that went into that score. From that report, you will have the ability to reset individual questions to give your student another chance to practice working questions from that topic.
You can also create custom assignments to give your student extra practice from this report. See this article for more information on how to do that.
