Yes! Check out the Settings page which gives you several different options on the number of attempts for both Saxon Math test and lesson questions as well as options on how much credit to give your student for correcting a question that they originally missed.
You can also set a different number of attempts for multiple choice questions. Typically you'd want to give less attempts on multiple choice questions to prevent guessing.
