The lesson complete email reports are sent when one of two things happen:
- Your student has every question green ("correct") or orange ("needs help") for an entire lesson and is finished with the math facts practice (if it's turned on). This triggers an email to let you know they've finished or need help.
- If you have turned on the option for your student to mark their own lesson complete (typically used in scenarios where you are giving your students a custom set of questions to work on), then a lesson complete email will be sent when they have clicked the green "Mark Lesson Complete" button.
Note that you may have turned off the lesson complete emails! See this article to make sure that is not the case.
It is also possible that your email provider is blocking our emails so please let us know if you think you should be receiving these but are not!
